History of St. Aloysius International School

It all began with a dream right from the year 2019 when the idea of School began. The dream stood the test of time and it carried on until last year when the management and the teachers began to deliberate on the inception of an international school right from the month of April 2023. The core committee which was involved in this process included: Fr Eric Matthias SJ, Fr Avinash Lobo SJ, Fr Vinod AJ SJ, Mrs Pusphalatha Urs, Mr Sunny Gudinho, Mr Abdul Rehman, Mr Mohsin, Mr Paschal, Mr Manjunath, Mr Kiran.
This vision stayed on the whole year and towards the end of 2024 the management and staff put their heart and soul in the shaping of the New School be it in the relentless publicity by the staff, getting official permissions, preparing the best infrastructure possible.
Fr Eric along with the management and the staff made the dream come true and have realised a Jesuit School in Harihar. The core team of the newly begun School included Mrs Grace Noronha, the School Advisor, Ms Reena Pinto, the Principal and Fr Vinod AJ, SJ, the Vice-Principal.
