01. Admissions Policy

02. Online Registration and Admission Procedure
Those who seek admission must first register online by going to the school website. Thereafter there is laid down admission procedure through which a student is selected for admission. Application for admission can be obtained from the office on payment of prescribed fee.
03. Age Criteria for Admission
- Age at admission (as on 31st May):
- 3 years for Pre-KG
- 4 years for Kindergarten
- 5 years 5 months for class I.
04. Required Admission Documents
- Original date of birth certificate from Corporation/Panchayat if the admission is for Pre-KG to Class I.
- Transfer Certificate from a recognized school for Class II and above.
- Students belonging to SC/ST should submit a photocopy of the Caste Certificate at the time of admission.
05. Accuracy of Information
Additionally, we emphasize the importance of accurately recording the child’s name, date of birth, caste, and parents’ names during the admission process. These details are permanent and crucial for administrative and legal purposes. Ensuring their accuracy from the outset helps streamline administrative procedures and prevents any potential discrepancies in the future.
06. School Leaving Procedure and Requirements
Furthermore, please note that school leaving certificates will only be issued upon settlement of all outstanding dues. Parents are required to submit a written application for the school leaving certificate. This ensures that all financial obligations are met before the student’s departure, maintaining the integrity of our financial processes and facilitating a smooth transition for both the student and the school. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it enables us to efficiently manage administrative matters while ensuring the best possible experience for our students.
